EUR 3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coca-Cola
HBC Finance B.V.
Zug, Switzerland - 2 March 2015 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola
HBC") announces today the publication of the following
supplementary prospectus which has been approved by the UK Listing
Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus, dated 2 March 2015 to the Base
Prospectus dated 18 September 2014, in respect of the
EUR3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coca-Cola HBC
Finance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola HBC AG and Coca-Cola HBC
Holdings B.V. as guarantors (the "Supplementary Prospectus").
