Nestle slides 0.45% after it reveals changes to its corporate governance practices designed to meet the requirements of a new law. Plumbing equipment maker Geberit jumps 3.23% after announcing a share buyback worth roughly 5% of its market capitalization. Swatch dips 0.79% amid news it will sell an electronics unit. Banks decline with Credit Suisse off 0.78% and Julius Baer dropping 0.25%, while UBS falls 0.16%.
