ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On May 14, 2008, the Registrant was the winning bidder in a Crown Landsale for eight contiguous sections (totalling 5,120 acres) of oil sands leases in the Peace River Oil Sands Area of northern Alberta, Canada. The bids total $250,000 and were paid from the Registrant's existing working capital.
