INDR Indie Ranch Media Inc (CE)

Indie Ranch Media, Inc. (the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: INDR) announced today that pursuant to a Stock Purchase and Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") the Company has acquired Web Commerce Inc. ("WEBCOM"), a Nevada Company.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding Shares of WEBCOM and has issued an aggregate of 70,000,000 shares of its common stock to the Shareholders of WEBCOM.

MANAGEMENT

As a result of the Acquisition Mr. Ross LaTerra has been appointed as the Company's President and as a Director.

For the past 15 years Mr. LaTerra has served as an officer and director of numerous private companies all focused in the entertainment/media industry, including short term consultative work to public companies. Mr. LaTerra also has an extensive background as part of various production crews in the film and television industry.

Currently he is also the President / CEO of ONCOR entertainment, Inc. ("ONCOR"), a private company initially formed to produce a music album for New Jersey Artist JGAR. The album was titled STAGE DOOR and Ross served as Executive Producer of the project. Duties included financing, securing ASCAP & BMI Licensing rights, scheduling studio time as well as scheduling photo shoots, package design and production of final CD. ONCOR's business services have included video production and editing, music production and promotion, self-marketing consultation and web services for independent artists. Presently, ONCOR produces and promotes concerts and live events, as well as providing consulting & marketing services to small businesses in the New Jersey area.

Mr. LaTerra was also the Founder of www.RockForADifference.org, a website developed with the sole purpose of promoting concerts and events to benefit POAC (www.POAC.net), an Autism Education foundation based out of Brick, New Jersey.
