Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, Inc. Announces Postponement of Upcoming Earnings Announcement and Conference Call SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (NYSE:SZ) today announced that it is postponing its previously announced fiscal 2005 third quarter earnings release and investor conference call, originally scheduled for March 10, 2005 and March 11, 2005, respectively. The Company, in conjunction with its auditors, is thoroughly reviewing the Company's lease accounting and amortization practices. The Company believes that this conservative approach is appropriate in light of the recent restatements made by other restaurant and retail companies. Once the review is complete, the Company will reschedule its earnings release and conference call.
