Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, Inc. Announces Opening of First Sizzler Restaurant in Beijing SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (NYSE:SZ) today announced the opening of the first Sizzler restaurant in China. The restaurant is the first of the restaurants to be opened under the joint venture agreement with the Minor Food Group Pcl, a subsidiary of Royal Garden Resorts Pcl, to develop franchise opportunities for Sizzler restaurants in China. Sizzler announced this joint venture on November 12, 2004. The restaurant, located on 1st Floor, Sichuan Plaza Commercial Building, Beilishi Road, Xicheng District opened on January 26, 2005. This location is positioned on a high profile corner in a popular retail and commercial area of Beijing. The restaurant features the famous Sizzler Soup, Salad and Fresh Fruit Bar, exposed kitchen and a modern western dining room ambience. A second Sizzler restaurant is expected to open in Beijing on February 15, 2005. "The opening of our first joint venture restaurant in China is an exciting time for our brand.
