Butler as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer and has elected him as a director of the company. Mr. Butler, 45, has served since January 3, 2005 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and since February 18, 2005 as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, he was a financial consultant engaged in private practice, served as Chief Financial Officer of Verado, Inc., and as Managing Director of Finance and Treasurer of United Pan-European Communications N.V.
