Item 5.03	Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On May 27, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors amended Article III, Section 1 of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws to accommodate for virtual shareholders meetings. A copy of such amendment and restatement is set forth as Exhibit 3.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
