On September 29, 2020, Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the acquisition of LA Maison Ami-Co Inc., a professional beauty products distributor in the Canadian province of Quebec, by its subsidiary Beauty Systems Group LLC.
