Harris Williams, a global investment bank specializing in

Prevention Institute (CPI), a portfolio company of FFL Partners
(FFL), on its sale to Wendel, a premier European investment firm.
CPI is a leading provider of behavior management and crisis
prevention training programs. The transaction was led by Mike
Wilkins and Andy Leed of the Harris Williams Technology, Media
& Telecom (TMT) Group; Derek Lewis and Kel Wilburn of the
