EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (“Form 10-Q”) for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 10, 2014, for the sole purpose of submitting Exhibit 101 to the Form 10-Q in accordance with Rule 405 of Regulation S-T. Exhibit 101 consists of the Interactive Data Files for the Company’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. No other changes have been made to the Form 10-Q.

 

Except as specifically described, this Amendment No. 1 does not reflect events occurring after the filing of the Form 10-Q, does not update disclosures contained in the Form 10-Q and does not modify or amend the Form 10-Q.
