Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (NYSE: CCG) today announced that its Board of Directors declared its second quarter of 2013 common stock dividend of $0.165 per share. Based on a closing price of $13.87 on April 23, 2013, the annualized dividend yield is 4.8%. The dividend is payable on July 10, 2013 to stockholders of record as of June 26, 2013.

The Board of Directors also declared a cash dividend of $0.50 per Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share for the second quarter of 2013. The preferred share dividend is payable on July 15, 2013 to stockholders of record as of June 26, 2013.
