Harris Corporation Awarded $175 Million Maintenance and Engineering Contract by the Defense Information Systems Agency MELBOURNE, Fla., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS), a leading provider of mission-critical technical services, today announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to provide system maintenance and engineering for the agency's Crisis Management System (CMS). The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a base period of two years followed by seven one- year options, bringing the total potential period of performance to nine years with a value ceiling of $175 million.
