(NYSE:HRS) today announced that it is integrating its proven

These new H-Class(TM) applications will immediately realize new
platform-based advantages, including content management and
sharing, intra-application messaging, increased security and
scheduling functionality. The H-Class Application Suite serves the
existing needs of media and entertainment customers today and
provides a growth path to full enterprise-wide deployment in the
future. By providing management of content assets, associated
metadata and content relationships, the H-Class Platform enables
the delivery of rich media across multiple distribution channels.
Customers of the H-Class Platform will enjoy the benefits of
streamlined operations, increased productivity, optimized revenue
streams and reduced operational and infrastructure costs. "Harris

and content sharing between the functional areas within a media
business," said Les Wyatt, general manager of Harris Software
Systems and vice president of Harris Corporation. "Through our
H-Class Content Delivery Platform and Application Suite, Harris is
redefining how media businesses leverage content to their maximum
revenue potential, enabling our customers to enter new markets
while lowering operational costs." Advantages of Core Applications
within the H-Class Platform: H-Class(TM) Digital Asset Management
The Harris digital asset management offering, named Invenio(R), is
an enterprise-wide, collaborative application for comprehensive
search and browse tasks, cataloging, editing and archiving of rich
media. With the June 2006 release, Invenio becomes H-Class Digital
Asset Management and boasts new functionality. This new
functionality includes integration with the H-Class Platform, new
production protocols for seamless media exchange with industry-
leading editing systems, a web client for faster Internet
searching, and a more robust Thesaurus engine. Designed for
media-rich enterprises, H-Class Digital Asset Management enables
content collaboration across diverse departments. Through this
collaboration, expert users can manage content in their archives,
while providing non-expert users with the ability to find, create
and publish new content across production and distribution
environments. H-Class(TM) Airtime Sales Landmark II is Harris'
advanced and scalable solution for controlling, monitoring and
executing complex advertising campaigns. With the June 2006
release, Landmark II becomes H-Class Airtime Sales and realizes the
benefits of the H-Class Platform integration. In addition, this
release expands the market-leading ratings-based sales capability
to include spot-based sales, and improves scalability and
performance to support even the largest media businesses. H-Class
Airtime Sales enables total control of the customers' available
inventory and maximizes the resulting revenue. H-Class(TM)
Scheduling Harris' advanced scheduling, traffic and program
management system, Vision, unites planning, rights management and
scheduling for data-rich, accurate schedules. With the June 2006
release, Vision becomes H-Class Scheduling and gives customers the
advantages of the H-Class Platform. Several new features are also
being released, including advanced break management, comprehensive
program asset liability tracking, and expanded program management
amortization process. This new functionality streamlines the
critical workflows between the sales and scheduling departments,
extends the ability to analyze program asset liabilities, and
provides amortization of all necessary transactions during the
program contract lifespan. H-Class(TM) Reporting Harris' Advanced
Report Management (ARM) application provides report management and
execution across all H-Class Applications. With the June 2006
release, ARM becomes H-Class Reporting and customers can leverage
new advantages of the H-Class Platform. H-Class Reporting provides
the infrastructure to access all H-Class Application databases from
a single reporting engine. This enables customers to execute
reports for single or multiple H-Class applications and gives both
managers and operations staff quick access to the information
required to maximize revenues. The secure, efficient, schedulable
distribution of reports to multiple consumers of data within the
enterprise unleashes the power of the H-Class Platform to transform
a media enterprise. H-Class Content Delivery Platform Applications
Introduced in 2005 H-Class(TM) Media Ingest, H-Class(TM) Playout
Automation (previously referred to as Broadcast Presentation
Manager) and H-Class(TM) Intelligent Transport were the first three
H-Class Content Delivery Platform applications introduced in 2005.
The H-Class Content Delivery Platform and Application Suite is the
industry's first comprehensive enterprise software solution for
air-time sales, scheduling, traffic, program management, digital
asset management, media ingest, reporting, automation and content
distribution. Using the H- Class Platform, customers can simplify
their application environment, share common information across
applications and standardize reporting. Purposely created for total
content delivery, the H-Class Content Delivery Platform allows
media companies to combine workflow and business processes into an
integrated system that handles content from creation to
consumption. H-Class Platform and Applications to be Demonstrated
