Farmland Partners to Be Added to the MSCI REIT Index (RMZ)

Farmland Partners Inc. (NYSE: FPI) (the “Company” or “FPI”)
today announced that it will be included in the Morgan Stanley
Capital International (MSCI) US REIT Index (the “RMZ”) as of the
close of the market on May 31, 2022.
The RMZ is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted
index that is comprised of equity real estate investment trusts
(REITs) and is one of the most broadly adopted benchmarks for the
stock market performance of the REIT sector.

index should provide enhanced visibility to the investment
