Diamond Resorts International® Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering by Selling Stockholders

Diamond Purchases $50 Million of Stock in
the Offering
Diamond Resorts International, Inc. (NYSE:DRII) announced the
pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 6,700,000
shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders at a
price of $33.75 per share. The underwriter will have a 30-day
option to purchase 1,000,772 additional shares of common stock from
the selling stockholders to cover over-allotments. Diamond will not
sell any stock in the offering and will not receive any
proceeds.
Diamond has agreed to purchase from the underwriter 1,515,582 of
the shares of common stock being sold in the offering at the price
per share at which the underwriter is purchasing shares from the
selling stockholders.
The offering is expected to close on or about March 10,
2015.
Credit Suisse is acting as sole underwriter of the offering.
