Corn Products International, Inc. Announces Authorization of Stock Repurchase Program WESTCHESTER, Ill., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Corn Products International, Inc. (NYSE:CPO) today announced that its board of directors has authorized a stock repurchase program. Under the program, which runs through February 28, 2010, the Company can purchase up to 4 million shares of its issued and outstanding common stock.
