Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 15, 2007 Zila, Inc. issued a press release providing certain financial information for the fiscal year and quarter ended July 31, 2007. On October 16, 2007, Zila corrected the income statement table of the release for the three months ended July 31, 2007, which contained two misprinted numbers related to a general and administrative figure and research and development figure. A copy of the corrected press release is furnished with this filing as Exhibit 99.1.
