August 13, 2020, Vislink Technologies, Inc. (the “Company” or “Vislink”) issued a press release, a copy
of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30,
2020 (the “Press Release”).
