Pervasive Software Offers Automated EDI Invoicing Agent for QuickBooks Customers

Pervasive Software® Inc. (NASDAQ: PVSW), a global value leader in embeddable data management and data integration software and in enabling next-generation analytics, now offers an agent to allow users to easily select QuickBooks invoices and attachments to generate and send electronically formatted EDI-compliant invoices via the Pervasive WebDI business-to-business interchange. Pervasive WebDI customers can generate a QuickBooks invoice file as well as schedule the transmission of invoices and related attachments, including recurring invoices, with a few simple clicks.

Freed from the need to rekey invoice data and manually upload attachments or generate and send paper documents, WebDI customers can reduce data entry error, eliminate time spent rekeying or stuffing envelopes, and accelerate revenue collection cycles with increased invoice accuracy and speed. The agent also supports recurring invoicing so users can designate an invoice to be generated weekly or monthly, again dramatically reducing time spent re-inputting data to trade with EDI-focused business partners.
