INA wins three awards among tech companies

Competing with technology companies from around the globe, The Information Network of Arkansas (INA) was recently honored with three 2017 TINYpulse “TINYawards” including the distinction of “Happiest Company,” the “Employee Recognition Award,” and the “Wins Award.” INA and more than 1,000 companies use TINYpulse Engage to measure employee happiness with short and frequent pulse surveys that provide insight into company culture through anonymous responses and peer recognition.

“We are thrilled to be recognized as the 'Happiest Company' among other organizations in our industry,” INA General Manager Bob Sanders said. “Our culture is very important to us at INA, and it's an honor to be recognized for creating a work environment that fosters collaboration, celebrates individuality, encourages a healthy work-life balance, and makes time for laughter and play.”

Through TINYpulse’s weekly anonymous surveys, companies gain valuable insight into their employees’ level of happiness, empowering them to lead with solutions by providing their own feedback and suggestions. Organizations from each industry who scored the highest month-over-month on employee happiness were named “Happiest Company,” while companies whose employees recognized each other for a job well done by posting the highest number of “Cheers for Peers” per capita, were honored with the “Employee Recognition Award.” Companies who recorded the highest number of employee-led solutions on the TINYpulse “Wall of Wins” dashboard were acknowledged with the “Wins Award.”
