(Nasdaq: LECO) today raised the Company's quarterly dividend $0.03 per share, a 10.7% increase, from $0.28 per share to $0.31 per share, or $1.24 per share on an annual basis. The dividend is payable January 14, 2011, to holders of record as of December 31, 2010.
