Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICON) ("Iconix") announced today
it has entered into an exclusive global licensing agreement with
Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (NASDAQ:RDEN), a global prestige beauty
products company, for the development, marketing and distribution
of men's and women's fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare products
for its leading lifestyle apparel brand Rocawear(R). The debut
fragrance is planned to launch in the fall of 2008. Commenting on
