Paul Buxbaum and Iconix Resolve Dispute

CALABASAS, Calif., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul Buxbaum, chairman
of the Calabasas-based Buxbaum Group, LLC, announced today that Mr.
Buxbaum and Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICON), have resolved
the lawsuit filed on July 25, 2006, in the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New York. The action was dismissed with
prejudice. Iconix filed the lawsuit naming Mr. Buxbaum and others
as defendants. However, Iconix never served Mr. Buxbaum with a
complaint. No further action will be taken. Mr. Buxbaum owned an
interest in Rampage Clothing Company, which was purchased by Iconix
in a transaction that closed last year. About Buxbaum Group Buxbaum
