LIVERMORE, CA today announced the Internet availability of its
proxy materials for its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders under
the new "Notice and Access" rule adopted by the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission. FormFactor's proxy materials can be viewed on
the company's website at http://investors.formfactor.com.
Under the SEC's new "Notice and Access" rule, a company may
satisfy its proxy materials delivery requirements by delivering a
"Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials" to its
stockholders, providing Internet access to its proxy materials, and
providing a printed set of its proxy materials by mail to any
stockholder who requests them. FormFactor has elected to take full
advantage of the new rule. Under the new rule, FormFactor is
mailing to its stockholders of record on March 31, 2008 a "Notice
of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials," instead of mailing a
printed set of its proxy materials as the company has done for past
annual meetings.
FormFactor filed its proxy materials for the 2008 Annual Meeting
and its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended
December 29, 2007 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The
investment community can view these documents on the company's
website at http://investors.formfactor.com. FormFactor's
stockholders may obtain a printed copy of FormFactor's proxy
materials and its 2007 Annual Report free of charge by following
the instructions provided on the company's website or in the
"Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials."
FormFactor is holding its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on
Thursday, May 22, 2008, at 3:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, at the
company's corporate headquarters, located at 7005 Southfront Road,
Livermore, California 94551.
