(NASDAQ:DHFT) (the "Fund") approved a change in the Fund's name to "Diamond Hill Financial Trends Fund, Inc." These changes are effective beginning today on Nasdaq. As previously announced, Diamond Hill Capital Management, Inc. assumed the duties of the investment adviser and administrator of the Fund on December 1, 2007.
