Central Garden & Pet Appoints Vice President – Human Resources

today announced the appointment of Sherry Perley to the position of
Vice President – Human Resources reporting to William E. Brown,
Central’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

experience with leading branded products companies. She will be a
valuable member of the management team as we pursue new growth
strategies and manage change.”
Prior to joining Central Ms. Perley was the vice president of
human resources at Arc International and its leading tabletop brand
Mikasa. She has also held senior human resource positions for
leading branded products companies including Warnaco, Cadbury
Schweppes, Snapple and Nine West Group.
Ms. Perley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason
University and a Master’s degree in Business from Webster
University.
Ms. Perley succeeds Stanley L. Bulger who will continue to be
responsible for Safety, Health & Environment, Real Estate and
other special projects for the Company.
