Conversion Services International, Inc. Announces Filing of
American Stock Exchange Application EAST HANOVER, N.J., April 21

(CSI - The Center for Data Warehousing) (OTC Bulletin Board:
CSII.OB) ("CSI"), a leading provider of management consulting,
business intelligence and data warehousing services and solutions

list its common stock on the American Stock Exchange. Although CSI
must satisfy several material requirements prior to being listed,
CSI currently expects that it will meet all listing requirements.
