PR Newswire (US)
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., June 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Brooke
Franchise Corporation, a subsidiary of Brooke Corporation
(NASDAQ:BXXX), announced that it selected iRondo Imaging Station by
Inlite Research, Inc. to process all faxed and scanned documents
received at the company's processing center on the Phillipsburg,
Kansas campus. The iRondo Imaging Station software repairs damaged
or irregular document images and reads the barcode on document
cover sheets so they are electronically filed for easy retrieval
using the web-based Brooke Management System. "Finding an imaging
solution like iRondo was important to us because our franchisees
require consistent image quality in order to properly serve their
customers," said Max Dibble, Brooke processing center's IT manager.
"We must provide consistent quality even though we currently
process up to 100,000 electronic images every business day."
Franchisees typically fax a copy of all customer applications and
other customer correspondence to Brooke's processing center with a
fax cover sheet generated by the Brooke Management System. Faxes
are received at the processing center from franchisees through a
bank of 24 dedicated fax lines that are available 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. Additionally, all correspondence from insurance
companies is sent to the Phillipsburg campus, then sorted and
scanned by the processing center. As a result, the processing
center handles a large number of faxed images of customer
correspondence and scanned images of company correspondence. The
iRondo Imaging Station is part of an innovative and efficient
paperless system that automatically processes and files all faxed
and scanned images, without manual intervention, for retrieval by
franchisees using the Brooke Management System. Gene Manheim,
President of Inlite Research said, "We are very proud of our
partnership with Brooke. This application is a great illustration
of how our technology can have significant impact on relatively
high volume imaging operations." About Inlite Research, Inc. ...
