Boeing Co. (BA) Wednesday said Air New Zealand Ltd. (AIR.NZ)
finalized an order for eight 787-10 Dreamliner airplanes, valued at
$2.7 billion at list prices.
The Chicago aerospace giant said the deal includes options to
increase the number of aircraft to 20 and substitution rights that
allow a switch from the larger 787-10 to smaller 787-9s.
Boeing and Air New Zealand had announced a commitment for the
order in May.
