Sale of Property

Walls & Futures announces Wimbledon Park disposal

Walls & Futures REIT plc ("WAFR") the Ethical Housing Investor and developer announces that it has completed on the sale of its freehold property in Wimbledon Park for GBP656,000 before costs which reflects a 2.9 per cent discount to its valuation, as included in the annual valuation dated 31 January 2020, as announced on 11 February 2020.
