Walls & Futures REIT plc outperforms MSCI UK Residential Property Index

Walls & Futures REIT plc ("WAFR") the Ethical Housing REIT, announced today that for the calendar year ending 2018, its portfolio outperformed the MSCI UK Residential Property Index 8.75% to 5.2%.
