Commerce Energy Announces Appointments of New Vice Presidents COSTA MESA, Calif., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Commerce Energy Group, Inc.'s (AMEX:EGR) wholly owned subsidiary Commerce Energy, Inc., a leading U.S. electricity and natural gas marketer, today announced the appointment of four vice presidents. The appointments are Eric Alam, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing; Tom Ulry, Senior Vice President of Operations; Richard Montgomery, Vice President Project Management Office and Catherine Sullivan, Vice President of Sales. Mr. Alam has over 20 years of experience building and leading Sales and Marketing teams at several retail energy companies prior to joining Skipping Stone as a Principal. Mr. Alam is transferring from Skipping Stone to guide the efforts of all sales channels, internally and externally as well as the retail markets and commodity marketing teams. Mr. Ulry has over 20 years of experience in retail energy operations, most recently as the COO of ACN Energy, which Commerce Energy acquired in February. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Ulry will oversee all aspects of the companies back office, energy accounting, billing, technology systems and customer service. Mr. Montgomery has over 30 years of energy industry experience both domestically and internationally. In his role as Vice President Project Management Office, Mr. Montgomery will coordinate all the various management controls initiatives, technology projects and acquisition integration activities across all departments. Ms. Sullivan has over 19 years of experience in energy sales and origination at both the wholesale and retail levels. Ms. Sullivan will be responsible for all facets of Commerce Energy's commercial and industrial natural gas and electricity sales efforts across the company's U.S. markets.
