Breeze-Eastern Corporation (AMEX:BZC) today announced that its board of directors has set the close of business on July 25, 2007, as the record date for stockholders entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the 2007 annual meeting of stockholders. The date and location of the annual meeting will be announced separately. It is currently anticipated that the annual meeting of stockholders will be held no later than September 23, 2007.
