Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Reported transaction is a sale of Bar Harbor Bankshares stock held within the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan; proceeds from the sale will be used to partially fund a payment owed as part of director's prior executive compensation arrangement.
(2)	The original Form 4 inadvertently overstated the number of securities disposed of on the transaction date. This amendment to Form 4 is being filed to correct the number of securities disposed of on the transaction date and the number of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person following the transaction.
