(1)	Mr. Andrey Novikov was granted a five year option to purchase 208,333 shares of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at an exercise price of $0.24 per share (the "Options") for his service as a member of the Issuer's board of directors pursuant to the Issuer's 2018 Stock Incentive Plan. The Options vested in full on the grant date.
