ABB Signs $100 Million Italian Electricity Infrastructure Contract

ABB Ltd. (ABB.SK) said Thursday that it has been awarded a
four-year contract worth $100 million to upgrade Italy's power
grid.
The deal was awarded by transmission system operator Terna Rete
Elettrica Nazionale S.p.A. (TRN.MI). Under the terms of the
contract, ABB will supply its gas-insulated switchgear.
