The Company on 31st July 2019 resolved to allot 666,667 ordinary shares of GBP 
0.001 (one-tenth of one penny Sterling) each ("Shares") at a price of GBP0.0045 
(nine-twentieths of one penny Sterling) per Share in settlement of advisory 
fees payable. The number of Shares in issue following allotment of the new 
Shares will be 119,233,945 (118,567,278).
