Biopharmaceutical company Sanofi (SNY) said Tuesday it will be
transferring the listing of its American Depositary Shares from the
New York Stock Exchange to The Nasdaq Global Select Market after
the market's close on Dec. 31.
The company's ADSs are expected to begin trading as a
Nasdaq-listed security at market open on Jan. 2, 2019, and will
continue to be listed under the ticker symbol "SNY."
This change won't affect the company's primary listing on
Euronext, Sanofi said.
