The registrant has experienced a delay in preparing the Form 20-F for the period ended June 30, 2018 due the registrant’s inability to compile all information necessary for the filing. Accordingly, the registrant cannot complete and file the Form 20-F by the prescribed due date but expects the Form 20-F will be completed and filed within the prescribed extension period.
