--Siemens AG (SIE.XE) is negotiating a contract to rebuild Iraq's power grid that could be valued at between 8 billion and 13 billion euros ($9.40 billion and $15.27 billion), Handelsblatt reports, citing sources.

--Chief Executive Joe Kaeser met with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Sunday to discuss details of the contract, which has the support of the German government, according to Handelsblatt.
