Shares in Dish Network are trading at their lowest level since 2012 after the satellite-TV provider fell shy on revenue estimates and saw a decline in overall subscribers in its latest quarter. Average revenue per subscriber fell from the prior year as Dish faced cord-cutting customers and had a stronger mix of Sling TV customers, who typically pay less than satellite-TV viewers.
