BP Appoints Susan Dio Chairman, President of BP America

BP PLC (BP.LN) said Tuesday that it has appointed Susan Dio
chairman and president of BP America Inc. from May 1.
Ms. Dio will replace John Minge, who will move to chair a study
by the National Petroleum Council into carbon capture utilization
and storage technologies, the oil major said. Mr. Minge will retire
from BP in March 2019, the company added.
Ms. Dio has been chief executive of BP Shipping for the past
three years.
