today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IPA Technologies
Inc., has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement
with Kyocera International, Inc. ("Kyocera"). The license
covers intelligent personal assistant technology.
Kyocera is a Japanese multinational ceramics and electronics
manufacturer headquartered in Japan.
All other terms of the agreement are confidential.
