WPP Approached by Ford About Marketing Model

WPP PLC (WPP.LN) said on Tuesday that it had received verbal
notice from Ford Motor Co. (F) that the car maker was considering
the future of its internal and external marketing model.
The advertiser said that Ford expressed interest in entering a
further agreement with WPP for a period to be agreed in 2018.
WPP said it was considering the proposal and is in discussions
with Ford about the next steps.
