(1)	19,452,063 shares of common stock of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. are owned directly by Sun Wise (UK) Co., Ltd ("SWUK") and owned indirectly by (a) Sun Wise Oriented (HK) Co., Limited ("SWHK"), (b) Tianjin Sun Wise Oriented Assets Management Limited ("Tianjin"), (c) Zhonghong Zhuoye Group Co., Ltd ("ZHG"), and (d) Wang Yonghong.
(2)	Wang Yonghong is the sole shareholder of ZHG. ZHG directly and indirectly owns 100% of the shares of Tianjin. Tianjin is the sole shareholder of SWHK. SWHK is the sole shareholder of ordinary shares in SWUK.
