The Bank has made the following disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges under the Indian Listing Regulations.

 

The Committee of Executive Directors constituted by the Board of the Bank is scheduled to have a meeting on May 10, 2017 to consider, inter-alia, the following:

 

“offshore fund raising in single/multiple tranches in any currency through public/private placement by way of issuances of debt instruments etc. for the Financial Year 2017-18.”
