On March 21, 2017, Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc.
(
CEOC
), a majority owned subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment Corporation (
CEC
), launched the syndication of up to $1,435 million of new senior secured credit facilities (the
Senior
Facilities
), consisting of up to $1,235 million in the aggregate principal amount of a seven-year senior secured term loan facility (the
Term Facility
) and up to $200 million in the aggregate principal amount
of a five-year senior secured revolving credit facility. The proceeds from the Term Facility will be used to finance transactions in accordance with CEOCs and its debtor subsidiaries plan of reorganization. CEC is filing as Exhibit 99.1
