ADRs End Higher; Sanofi Rise

International stocks trading in New York closed mostly higher on
Thursday. Sanofi SA was among the companies with American
depositary receipts that traded actively.
The BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts rose 0.5%
to 131.63. The European index increased 0.9% to 123.35, the Latin
American index improved 0.1% to 223.52 and the emerging-markets
index edged 0.03% higher to 266.01. The Asian index, meanwhile,
dropped 0.1% to 150.56.
ADRs of Sanofi (SNY, SAN.FR) ended 3.6% higher at $42.70 after a
U.S. federal appeals court suspended an injunction that would have
blocked the sale of the pharmaceutical company's drug Praluent.
