Elbit Systems of America, LLC, a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd., announced that Gen
Duncan J. McNabb, USAF, retired,
will join Elbit Systems of America's Board of Directors effective
immediately.
McNabb is the former Commander of the U.S. Transportation
Command at Scott Air Force Base in
Illinois responsible for all
global air, land, and sea transportation for the Department of
Defense. He also served as the Vice Chief of Staff for the United
States Air Force. A graduate of the U.S.
Air Force Academy, McNabb has held command and staff
positions at squadron, group, wing, major command, and Department
of Defense levels. McNabb also served in Operations Desert Shield
and Desert Storm.

McNabb joins six other Outside Directors led by Gen Robert (Bob) Magnus, USMC retired and Chairman

career spanning over 30 years and has served on the Elbit Systems
of America Board of Directors since
2009.
Additional Outside Directors include the Hon. Stephen Cambone, a former first Under Secretary
of Defense for Intelligence (member since 2015); Robert Johnson, former CEO of Dubai Aerospace
and former President and CEO of Aerospace of Honeywell
International (member since 2014); LTG Jay Garner, U.S. Army
retired (member since 2012); LTG Ronald Hite, U.S. Army retired
(member since 2008); and the Hon. Joe
Reeder, who formerly served as the U.S. Army's 14th Under
Secretary (member since 2006).
